Refund policy

We offer a 30-day return policy for eligible products. You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, the product should be unused and, where applicable, remain sealed and in its original packaging. You may be asked to provide your order number or other proof of purchase.

To request a return, please contact us at info@reviveau.com before sending any item back. We will provide instructions on how and where to return your product. Items returned without prior authorization may not be accepted.

Unless the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect, you will generally be responsible for the direct shipping costs of returning your item, where permitted by applicable law.

 

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us as soon as possible if the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect. We will assess the issue and provide an appropriate solution in accordance with applicable laws.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

For hygiene and safety reasons, certain sealed products—including certain topical skincare, medical devices, and pet wound care products—may not be eligible for return once they have been unsealed or opened, where permitted by applicable law.

Customized or personalized products and other products excluded by applicable law may also be non-returnable.

Exchanges
If you wish to exchange a product, please contact us before returning it. Depending on product availability, we may arrange an exchange or provide instructions for returning the original product and placing a new order.

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
